Analysis and assessment
FlexCC team will set up a meeting to analyse and assess your service requirements after your confirmed interest in FelxCC membership.
Dashboard login access
Upon receiving a clarity of the services required, a private login access will be provided through which the authorised people/person can view the private dashboard and services assigned for your care group
Dedicated client manager
To guarantee a hassle-free service, each Care group will also be assigned a dedicated Client Manager from FCC.
Pre-point loaded card
Once the joining process is complete, a pre-point loaded card will be assigned to the care group, which is then sent across to their authorised individual. The card is eligible for points based on services requested and gets renewed with every service completed.

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the membership card issued by [Issuer name] (the “Card”). By using the Card, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Eligibility:
